WIG SERVICES & PURCHASING
POLICIES
WIG HEAD MEASUREMENTS
It is the responsibility of the purchaser (client/customer) to provide accurate head measurements for the purchasing size of their wig.
These can be obtained by:
1. Scheduling in-person wig and extension consultation prior to purchasing.
2.Going to get professional measurements done to select size. Head circumference, nape, and front to nape are the most important. These can be obtained by a hat shop or a seamstress.
3. Watching a YouTube video and taking your own measurements

Unless measurements are provided by Sierra; improper fit is at the responsibility of the customer.
The wrong size selection by customer, is 100% of the customer.
Therefore,
No Refunds nor exchanges will be given.

Clients may receive a 20% discount on a reconstruction of custom fit wigs to be used within 72 hours of noted issue.
BUSINESS DAYS
Business days are defined as Monday-Friday.
Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and all United States observed Holidays.
Expect longer processing times over major holidays.
SERVICES
All wig services must be purchased online and paid in full prior to any start of service.
Wig services are non-refundable.
It is recommended that customers and clients book a wig/extension consultation prior to any wig services, so that the goal of the wig is clear.
Once work has been started, the order cannot be canceled.
Wig services are prepaid services.
Any wig laundering, creation, or customization is a 100% prepay service.
No service will be preformed without pay.
Payment options available.

Policy applies to wig spa, wig customization, glueless unit creation, lace replacement, and reconstruction of wig.

Wigs dropped off not purchased from Sierra, the outcome of lace bleaching cannot be guaranteed. Lace quality affects bleaching and toning of knots.

Glueless custom units are made based on head circumference. Recommended to book a consultation to let Sierra measure your head in person OR the client can utilize online resources to measure.
If a client opts out of in-person consultation and opts to measure on their own, improper fit (as a result of incorrect selection of size), is at the fault of the client/customer. No exchange or refund will be given. Client may pay for a reconstruction in this instant.
BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS
Billing and shipping address must match at the time of purchase. If they do not, client/customer will be contacted for updated address.
If client/customer is unable or unwilling to update addresses to match, the order will be canceled immediately.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Process and shipping times for purchased wig units & services are as follows:
All products require signature shipping. No exceptions

Wig Services:
Wig Spa turn around time is 7 business days.
Wig Customization turn around time is 7 business days.
Wig Creation with customer supplied hair is 14 business days.
Wig Reconstruction turn around time is 14 business days. Add on 5 business days if lace has to be supplied by Sierra.
Wig Purchasing:
The Silk Press Wig - these wigs are hand crafted and have a turn around time of 14-30 business days. This includes time for shipping of luxury hair and HD lace closure, plus, creation -customization process.
Black Girl Blonde & Brown Ginger -
These are factory made wigs that have been customized. The turn around time is 14-30 days. This allows time for shipping to U.S., full customization and shipping to client.
Bonded Wigs-
Bonded wigs are wigs that do not require a machine to be constructed. Hair and HD lace takes 3-5 business days to ship to the U.S. Afterwards, expect up to 14 business days for creation, customization and shipping to customer.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All wig units that are purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
This goes for all brands: the silk press wig, black girl blonde, and brown ginger.
This goes for all machine made, bonded-crafted, and pre-made wig units.
This is the policy. No exceptions.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Wig services and orders can be canceled unless any labor has been started on the wig.
No exception.
FRAUD & CHARGE BACKS
Any order filed as a charge back for non-received items is fraud. Cases as such will undergo investigation with the creditor and is subject to legal action. The route of legal action will start with a police report for theft of services and products and go to the extend of small claims court or representation from an attorney.
