POLICIES

SALON EXPECTATIONS

We are inside of a salon enviornemnt.

Respect is a must.

Please be mindful of your scent. Heavy marijuana smells may be asked to reschedule.

Late fee:

There is a 5 minute grace period.

After that, the fee begins at $1 minute., up to $20.00 (or 20 minutes late). At the 20 minute mark, appointment will be canceled.

Client will need to pay a no-show fee to rebook appointment or book a future appointment.

Chair culture:

  • When in the chair, keeping your head up is a must. Having your head down into the phone may cause improper track placement or hair cut. Please keep your head up.

Note: Sierra reserves the right to ask you to put away electronics if it is impending appointment pace. Client can be rescheduled.

  • FaceTime and speaker calls.

Respecting the space means no outloud calls. The expectation is to keep calls to a minimum and no calls at the shampoo bowl.

  • Minimal items at the appointment

As women, we barely get time to ourselves. Please refrain from bringing work, school work, lots of snacks/items to your appointment.

The space is small and you deserve a few hours of relaxation. The salon chair is for pampering, not working.

  • Food

We are in a small space, please be mindful of the food you bring or order for your appointment.

Due to high allergens please avoid all seafood/shellfish/fish or heavy peanut items.

BOOKING SERVICES AND APPOINTMENTS

Clients will book all hair services online via acuity scheduling.

Clients are required to put a card on file and pay a deposit to secure appointment.

Deposits are not refundable

Deposits may transfer for one reschulded appointment. After one, a new deposit is required.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

When appointments are booked, you are entering into agreement that you will occupy that time slot for a paid service.

Appointments can be rescheduled once with the same deposit once; afterwards, appointment will be officially canceled an fees will apply.

Cancellations: All complete cancellations (no rescheduled appointment) will incur a fee. With respect, I ask that cancellations be truthful and respectful. Please do not lie to avoid a fee. The tongue is powerful.

The official cancellation fee reads as follows:

Appointments must be rescheduled 48 hours prior to the original booked appointment date.

Anything within 48 hours will incur this fee as follows: 5% of the total service cost, per day, up to 10 days or 50% of service.

This policy enables Sierra S. Davis to charge for a non-kept appointment barring a potential client booking the same appointment time and slot.

By booking an appointment, you are giving your consent to this policy.

This policy is publicly placed on Sierra S Davis website under "policies".

The responsibility of policy awareness is on both parties. Sierra is accountable by way of publishing on the website. The client is responsible to either ask prior to booking or read on their own.

WIG SERVICES

Wig services are prepaid services.

Any wig laundering, creation, or customization is a 100% prepay service.

No service will be preformed without pay.

Payment options available.

Policy applies to wig spa, wig customization, glueless unit creation, lace replacement, and reconstruction of wig.

Wigs dropped off not purchased from Sierra, the outcome of lace bleaching cannot be guaranteed. Lace quality affects bleaching and toning of knots.

Glueless custom units are made based on head circumference. Recommended to book a consultation to let Sierra measure your head in person OR the client can utilize online resources to measure.

If a client opts out of in-person consultation and opts to measure on their own, improper fit (as a result of incorrect selection of size), is at the fault of the client/customer. No exchange or refund will be given. Client may pay for a reconstruction in this instant.

PURCHASING HAIR EXTENSIONS

Hair extensions must be paid for 100% before shipping or processing can occur.

Hair for appointments must be purchased 7 days prior to appointment

(Unless discussed and approved with Sierra)

No refunds or exchanges.

Hair should not be bleached past level 7 as it is virigin hair.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Process and shipping times for purchased hair and wig services are as follows:

Purchased Hair:

Purchased hair (made to order) 3-5 days processing, then, up to 14 days to ship.

Purchased hair (in stock) up to 2-3 day processing time, shipping occurs on Wednesdays and Fridays; unless overnight is selected.

Wig Services:

NO SHOWS

No shows will be automatically blocked from rescheduling.

The cancellation policy will enact, rendering payment of 5% (up to 10 days from initial booking) or 50% of service (if >10 days of booking) to the card on file. No exceptions.

An additional fee must be paid to regain booking access.

Emergencies happen but the expectation is to please be mindful and communicate.
